Team Effectiveness
Results Without Drama!
It is becoming more difficult than ever for teams to work together to meet the increasing demands of the organization. People feel stress, overwhelmed, and underappreciated. They find team members with differing styles frustrating. They focus on the 10% of a person that’s challenging and miss the 90% that brings value.
At their basic core, the most effective teams simply trust and respect each other’s unique skills and personalities. Teams with a high level of trust will overlook limitations, leverage strengths, engage in difficult conversations, and hold each other accountable. Team behaviors move from avoidance to partnership, team members feel appreciated and engaged, and the workload gets handled more effectively all with little drama involved.

Your Leadership and Team Effectiveness Program
Our Leadership and Team Programs are customized to meet the goals of the organization and development needs of the individuals. We focus on raising self -awareness and changing behaviors so teams and Leaders become more effective and productive.Ā Your specific program may include just one component or all six depending on the defined needs, time and resources that are available.
Following are some of the components that can be incorporated into your Leadership and Team Effectiveness program:

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team program, along with our DISC and EQ assessments, has been very helpful for us. We learned a lot about ourselves, our team, and how we can work, individually and collectively, to get better. We are committed to working to take advantage of and apply the many methods, lessons, and insights this program offered us, to our significant benefit.
